Delete your account

You can delete your Connections account, and the data that goes with it, at any time.

In the app

Open Connections, go to Settings and tap Delete account. It's deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email support@datainsight.lk from the address you signed up with, and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm it's you and delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What's deleted

Your account: name, email address and password hash.
Your contacts backup and its encryption key.
Your business card, its counts and its Wallet pass registrations. Your card link stops working.

Contacts on your phone itself aren't touched. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days. Public LinkedIn work history in our shared cache isn't linked to your account; to have yours removed, include your LinkedIn profile link in your email. See the privacy policy for details.
